About

Hotshot-XL is an open-source AI text-to-GIF model trained to work alongside Stable Diffusion XL (SDXL). It can generate GIFs with any fine-tuned SDXL model, allowing the creation of GIFs with different aspect ratios and frame rates. The model is trained on a custom dataset of 10MM+ videos and supports controlnet, different aspect ratios, and various frame rates/video lengths.

Limitations

• Prompt Understanding: Not the best at understand long prompts.

• Make the prompt short: Short prompts tends to work better than long prompts.
